Demolition/Soft Strip
Full or partial demolition/soft strip of structures. Removal of all fixtures and fittings. Full strip-out, back to shell.

All asbestos removal works will be undertaken under controlled conditions, in accordance with the control of asbestos regulations 2012.
Garage Demolition
Deconstruction and removal of garage (concrete, brick, asbestos cement etc) in accordance with the control of asbestos regulations 2012.
Garage Roof Removal
Removal and disposal of Asbestos cement garage roof in accordance with the control of asbestos regulations 2012.
Asbestos Textured Coating (Artex) Removal
Removal of asbestos textured coating and substrate if on plasterboard or lath and plaster. Wet working system if applied to concrete. All works undertaken in accordance with the control of asbestos regulations 2012.
Pigeon Dropping Clean up and Removal
Safely remove and dispose of pigeon droppings. Large accumulations can be a disease risk and should be cleaned up as soon as possible, to prevent further risks.
Fly-Tipping Clean up
Removal of illegally tipped waste, in accordance with the control of asbestos regulations 2012.
Mold Treatment and Removal
All removal works will be undertaken under controlled conditions, with minimal disturbance to occupants.
Collection/Disposal of hazardous waste
All waste will be treated and taken to a licensed waste transfer station. All in accordance with the hazardous waste regulations 2005.
Survey/Sampling
Asbestos sampling services to identify the type of asbestos present.
All samples will be taken to a UKAS accredited lab.
